Hey folks!  I recently came across the upcoming executive condo launch at Tampines Street 95 and was wondering if anyone here has checked out the showflat yet? I’ve been doing some research and found this helpful site that gives a good overview of the development, unit types, and amenities nearby. From what I’ve read, the Tampines Street 95 EC Showflat seems quite promising for young families and first-time buyers — especially with its location near Tampines Mall and good schools.  If you’ve been to the showflat or have any inside scoop, would love to hear your thoughts. Worth booking a visit or waiting it out? Cheers!
