Hi all! I’m currently exploring options for upgrading to a bigger place, and Tampines Street 94 Condo caught my attention. We’ve got two young kids, so good schools and nearby parks are a priority. From what I’ve seen, the development seems to tick those boxes. Anyone here already shortlisted this condo for family living? How’s the traffic in that area during peak hours?
